Conditions for Returns

  • Items may be returned only if they are unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition, with all original packaging, cellophane, and tamper-resistant seals intact.
  • You must notify us in writing within 30 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
  • For your peace of mind, we recommend taking a photo of your item before shipping it back to us.

Domestic Returns (Netherlands)

For domestic returns within the Netherlands, returns are free of charge. A prepaid shipping label will be provided once your request is approved.

International Returns (Outside the Netherlands)

Customers outside the Netherlands are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable courier service and share the tracking number with us after dispatch.

How to Start a Return

  1. Reply directly to your order confirmation email or contact us at contact@theroyalperfume.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will send you a return label if you are located in the Netherlands.
  3. If you are returning an item from outside the Netherlands, please send the products to the following address after your request is approved:

Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
  • Refunds are typically processed within one week; however, please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
  • A full refund is issued only if the returned items meet all the conditions outlined above. If not, necessary deductions may be applied.
